The Union County Fatherhood Initiative Coalition (UCFIC) is proud to announce that Lt. Governor Dr. Dale G. Caldwell will serve as a keynote speaker at the 14th Annual Fatherhood Conference.
Dr. Caldwell currently serves as the Lieutenant Governor of New Jersey and brings a powerful combination of leadership, education, and community advocacy to his role. With a distinguished career spanning public service, higher education, and nonprofit leadership, he has consistently worked to expand opportunities and strengthen communities across the state.
His commitment to economic empowerment, education, and community development aligns directly with UCFIC’s mission to support fathers and families through our 8 Pillars of Wellness.
