A New Era of Development and Support

The Union County Fatherhood Initiative Coalition is entering an exciting new chapter focused on empowering young fathers in the community. With new experts on the team, UCFIC has engaged a program development firm to enhance its servces, as well as research team to design evidenced-based programming and a fund development firm to secure the necessary funding for program innovations. This comprehensive approach to data collection, program expansion, and proposal writing leverages the resources UCFIC has compiled over its 12 years as an organization dedicated to helping young fathers become the best versions of themselves.

UCFIC is also committed to increasing awareness of its programs and started by launching an updated website designed to facilitate enrollment and access to resources and services. At the same time, password-protected content provides valuable resources like mentoring and webinars for young fathers who have completed UCFIC DadTalk training programs. With dedicated leadership and these new initiatives, UCFIC is solidifying its role as a vital resource for young fathers of color. UCFIC will help them become better dads and positively impact their communities. Together, they are building stronger families and creating a supportive environment for fathers to thrive.
