A Virtual Workshop for Fathers
About This Session
A father who isn’t well cannot lead well. Session 2 of the Fatherhood Playbook Series invites men to take an honest, structured look at how they’re actually doing — not just physically, but across every dimension of life that affects how they show up for their kids.
We’re continuing the conversation we started in August around identity. Now we ask: given who you are — how are you doing? The Eight Keys give every man a framework to take stock, find his strengths, and name what needs attention.
The Eight Keys
We’ll examine eight dimensions of wellness together:
- 🔑 Physical — body, movement, sleep, nutrition
- 🔑 Emotional — feelings, stress, mental health awareness
- 🔑 Intellectual — growth, curiosity, and learning
- 🔑 Social — relationships, connection, and community
- 🔑 Spiritual — purpose, values, and faith
- 🔑 Environmental — home, neighborhood, and surroundings
- 🔑 Financial — money management, stability, and planning
- 🔑 Occupational — work, purpose, and contribution
What You’ll Walk Away With
- A personal wellness snapshot across all Eight Keys
- Your Check the Vitals self-assessment worksheet — yours to keep
- A copy of the Father SWOT Worksheet from Session 1 (if you missed August 27 — no worries, we’ve got you)
- One clear commitment to carry into the October Direction session
